The
SCCI Membership department serves as a gateway
to the Chamber. As soon as membership is obtained
members are eligible to avail several valuable
services of the Chamber. The membership department
offers following services:
Membership
Record.
Maintains up to
date information and corporate record of member
organizations to be used as authentic and certified
reference wherever required.
Membership
Card
Issues
membership cards which serves as a source of introduction
of members to various agencies. The card is given
due recognition by agencies world-over.
Certificate of Origin
The
government of Pakistan has designated the Chamber
as certificates of origin issuing authority. The
specimen signatures of authorized signatories
of the Chamber are circulated world-over and the
certificates are recognized worldwide.
Issuance of
Visa Recommendation letters
The
Chamber issues letters to foreign embassies recommending
to endorse visa to members. These letters are
issued under certain rules framed by the Executive
Committee. The recommendation letters are given
due consideration by the embassies.
Compilation
of classified directory and Member's List
Commodity
wise classified directory of members is compiled
for Publication Department for printing of a trade
directory of members. The directory is circulated
worldwide which brings business to members of
the Chamber.
Issuance of Status and
Reference Reports
Foreign
Embassies and certain other agencies seek status
reports from the Chamber regarding its members.
Such reports are given due consideration and help
in promotion of business of members.
Attestation of Commercial
Documents
Commercial
documents such as invoices and agency agreements
attested by the Chamber are recognized worldwide.
